What information do we collect?

In order to give you the information you have requested, we ask for names, email addresses, and phone numbers. Only names and email addresses are required in order to send you information at your request.

How will we use the information you give us?

We use your name and email address to send you the information that you have requested. If you decide to give us your phone number, we may use it to contact you directly to see if you need legal services.

Will we share your information with anyone else?

We never sell, rent out, or share information about you to anyone else. We do use services to send out emails to you from us—such as AWeber or Constant Contact—and we are careful to only use companies that safeguard your privacy as carefully as we do. We will never allow any third parties to communicate with you based on information we collect from our web site.

How do I opt out or remove myself from your list?

At the end of every email we send to you, there are instruction on how to remove yourself from our list. Or, you can always Contact us directly and ask us to take you off the list or delete you from our database. (Note that the Florida Bar may require us to maintain a list of all our clients to protect them and others from conflicts of interest).
