He explained how to get a Forbearance on my loan with Mr. Cooper a mortgage Servicer. Mr. Wasylik explain every step of how to get a forbearance with Mr. Cooper I watch the video on YouTube a few time and I did everything he said and went to the Mr. Cooper's website and followed the forbearance instructions and remembered Mr. Wasylik said get everything on paper for your records.
Mr. Wasylik was very Professional, Knowledgeable, and caring on the video about others and this was very helpful during these times with the COVID-19 when so many need help.
